- Extract and Lift Video: 1st set the in/out points in the program monitor
- Trim in/out | Ripple Trim in/out
- Ripple Delete = Alt + backspace or delete
- Selecting clips and moving them (Ctrl + Drag/drop = ripple move)
- Locking, targeting and sync locking tracks (Alt + trim to create an L or J cut)
